Packaging
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
You must return the item along with the sales invoice we sent you at the time of purchase. To return the product, you must mail it to the following address: “The address will be sent to you via email.”
Partial returns are accepted in the following cases:
Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or have missing parts.
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email notifying you of receipt. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your return will be processed and the refund will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period.
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to officially go through.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is sent.

Discounted Items
Only items with regular prices can be returned. Discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange the same item, please send an email to contact@vmand.com and ship the item to the following address: “The address will be sent to you via email.”
Product Returns
To return your item, you must mail it to the following address: “The address will be sent to you via email.”
You are responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that your returned item will reach us.
